Each Karpinsky Class is an open scientific and educational centre aimed at creating additional mechanisms for scientific support of joint projects in geology and mineral production, exchanging experience with partner countries, and executing educational and popular science events. The class is open to subject matter experts and students, as well as to anyone interested in geosciences. |

ACTIVITIES:
• Giving public lectures and executing a series of workshop sessions by exerts in geology and geophysics of the Karpinsky Institute; |

At present, the Karpinsky Geological Classes are successfully functioning in the Republic of Ghana (Accra) on the basis of the Museum of Science and Technology, Ministry of Culture, in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (Addis Ababa) on the basis of the Russian Center for Science and Culture, in the Republic of Mozambique on the basis of the Museum of Geology (Maputo) and in the Republic of Cuba on the basis of the Institute of Geology and Paleontology. |
