The determination of fluorine and chlorine is performed using the ionometric method with preliminary pyrohydrolytic decomposition in a detachable muffle furnace, model F 54530 CM (Barnstead Thermolyne Corporation, the USA) on an I-500 Ionometer following the procedure "Ionometric determination of fluorine and chlorine in mineral raw materials with pyrohydrolytic decomposition of the sample. Instruction No. 193-Kh NSAM, 1982". Lower limits of determination: for fluorine 0.003% wt, for chlorine 0.005% wt.
