Geological-structural criteria of localization of uranium-molybdenum-rhenium mineralization in the eastern part of the Moscow Basin
Uranium-molybdenum-rhenium mineralization which is confined to the Visean Lower Carboniferous coal-bearing deposits of south-eastern part of the Moscow Basin is currently considered as a new raw material source of rhenium. Based on the analysis of the geological structure of the sedimentary cover and basement history of geological development geological and structural criteria of localization of complex mineralization is worked out. Based on given mineragenetic analysis, primary and second primary prospecting areas of the first and the second stage for explorations.
Key words: uranium, molybdenum, rhenium, Moscow Basin, Russian Plate, metallogeny.
