It is reported on the activities of the leedeship of the Ministry of Geology to assing VSEGEI to A.P. Karpinsky, as well as five table medals named after the scientist, three of which are aword­-winning (Russian Academy of Sciences, Hamburg, St. Petersburg). The last two are accompanied by bonuses.
